Menu:
Week 1: Soups and Salads
This week we make Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup, Pantry Minestrone and Pimped Up Caesar Salad
Week 2: Stir-fries and Dumplings
Impress your friends by creating an Singapore Noodle feast using up vegetables you have in the fridge and to-die-for Veggie or Pork Dumplings that are easy on the wallet but hit the tastebuds just right.
Week 3: Roast with the Most
Impress your family by mastering a simple roast dinner. Once it is all on the tray you can sit back and await the praise.
Week 4: Luscious Lasagna
Everyone needs a lasagna recipe that works so they can dump the supermarket stuff in the bin. A gorgeous bolognese sauce that can be used with spaghetti or as a stand-out sauce for this dish. We shall also create a gooey cheese sauce that hits the spot.

Sweet Tooth baking 11+ class

SOLD OUT!Our sweet-tooth chefs will be; whipping up eggs, learning butter and sugar creaming, using scales for precise measurement, practicing peeling and chopping techniques as well as recipe interpretation.
Leave with containers full of all of the yummy treats also receive the secret recipes to recreate favourite treats again and again for your family!

This is probably Karen’s favourite menu! Every child makes their own batch of dough and learns how to create a fun and yummy menu as well as tips and tricks and definitely becoming a kneading expert.Menu: Cheesy Pizza Braid, Quizza (Quiche Lorraine or Vegetarian), fruity Apple Galette with homemade custard and yummy Cinnamon Scrolls with Icing.
* Please note, this menu is not adaptable to gluten or dairy free.
